“ This is one of my favorite Red Lobster Restuarant and my mom and me are regulars. After our last 2 visits this particular restaurant has become exceptional. The visit before this one my moms meal was not up to par and the manager bent over backward to make sure she left satisfied. This last visit we had one our favorite servers Michelle who is always attentive and on point. The managers name is Robert and he is always professional, friendly and warm. He remembered us from the last visit and made sure that we had an exceptional experience this time around. We will be back much sooner than later.. ”

Even though the restaurant was closing within 30 minutes, and the bartender was not available for me to pick up my order she did not miss a beat when I told her I was there to pick up my online order. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor was truly appreciated! She went above and beyond to accommodate me, ensuring I had everything I needed even though the restaurant was soon to close. “ Our hostess was so funny and friendly and I am so sorry but I didnt get her name. But she was great! She even helped us when we had a question about the menu! Our server was AJ and he was so nice and right on top of everything! They were out of baked potatoes but AJ made sure my husband got a big serving of mashed potatoes with all of the toppings. No complaints about anything at all. Its a shame that more people dont do to this restaurant. ”

“ Red Lobster is BACK! After their prior owners sold the ground out from under their feet and their recent fire, I was worried it was the end of them. But Im glad to say that the Red Lobster of old is on its way back! The new menu is solid, and our server, Kathy who I learned opened this location back in 96 was excellent, kind, and attentive. Im looking forward to getting to enjoy the new Red Lobster and swinging back around to the KOP area for a good time out. ”
